Returns and refunds policy
As a JuJuni customer, you can return an item for an exchange or a refund by contacting us within 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you would like an alternate item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund before placing a new order.
When making an exchange, please include the returns label with the following details:
- The name of the item
- The number of items
- Which item(s) you would like exchanged or refunded
All refund or exchange requests must be placed within 30 days from the day you have received your order. Once we have received your returned items, we will send you an email containing the details of any refunds or exchanges.
Exchanged items will be delivered to the default delivery address on your account using the same delivery service as your original order. In the case of refunds, please allow up to ten working days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Jujuni has no obligation to undertake or facilitate the return/refund of any goods, except as required by the law. However, we aim to offer returns on all items, provided the product is returned in a saleable condition.
JuJuni offer free returns on all items delivered to the UK (mainland). In the case of returns or exchanges from anyone residing outside of the UK, you expressly understand you will pay the postage cost to return items to JuJuni.

Unless stated otherwise all orders are processed within 1-2 business days within the UK; however, where possible we will always aim to process orders sooner. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please allow additional days in transit for your item(s) to arrive.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
